"March Madness"
The crazy season has begun. Last weekend I watched some Illinois "Girls" Basketball tournies class 3A and 4A. Tonight starts Illinois "Boys" Tournaments. Some College Confrence Playoffs began today. By the weekend they all should be over and the 65 teams and brackets of the Colleges will be posted Sunday night/late afternoon. I tried to start a NCAA "Playoff Pool". I invited people to join and will have to wait and see as to what will happen.

This experiment was a real bust. In the NCAA bracket pool, I had only one other person join me and that person didn't fill out a bracket. I'm sure how the "point" system worked. I ended up with about 64 "points". There were 63 games, and I had none of my picks in the "Final Four". There were a number of underdog, considering that the "committee" picked 64 teams out of about 340 schools that qualified to be in the tourny.
Next year I have to pay more attention to the run up, but I don't know if I want to spend that much time following NCAA basketball. I think I'll just watch.
